But like many women, I’d also absorbed the fear, shame, and silence passed down through generations.

My own awakening came in layers.

Through studying hypnotherapy, Reiki, and hypnobirthing…

Through connecting to the wisdom of my own womb…

Through releasing the stories I was never meant to carry…

Through remembering that I am not just a woman—I am a channel, a guide, a keeper of sacred portals.

What I teach now is what I’ve lived.

A reclamation of softness, trust, and feminine power.

A path of sacred birth—not just of babies, but of soul, identity, and purpose.

A return to the Rose… to the root… to the Priestess within.
